Opening | Connecting Brains – AI, Software, Platforms, Ecosystems – Vision & Foundation

AI & Software-Defined X

The AI & Software Defined X cluster set the foundation by showing how AI, data, platforms and ecosystems formed the “digital brain” and enabled scalable innovation. At the center was Bosch as the connector, linking data, systems, customers and partners to bring AI into real world applications. This opening set the stage for the broader conference narrative by moving from connected intelligence to real world application and ultimately to trusted AI.

AI and Software in Mobility

AI transformed vehicles into intelligent, software defined systems. The focus was on scaling AI across vehicle platforms, enabling trusted autonomy and creating continuously learning, data driven mobility experiences.

AI and Software in Industry

AI became part of machines and production systems, turning factories into connected, intelligent environments where software, hardware and AI interacted in real time.

Robotics

AI took on a physical form and became embodied intelligence. Software, hardware and AI converged to create machines that could perceive, decide and act in the real world.

Security and Trust

Agentic AI no longer just processed data; it structured decision spaces, prioritized actions and initiated processes with limited predictability and only partial transparency. As a result, traditional assumptions about deterministic behavior, clear accountability and reliable control were increasingly challenged.
