Oliver Blume has been CEO of Volkswagen AG since September 2022. A mechanical engineer with a doctorate, he has been with the company for over three decades and has shaped the production and logistics strategies of Audi, SEAT, and Volkswagen in key leadership roles, as well as in his capacity as CEO of Porsche AG. Today, he leads one of the world’s largest automotive groups, with more than 660,000 employees.
