Dr. Mathias Pillin began his career at ETAS in 1999 as a software developer and later joined Bosch, where he held a variety of roles in software and electronics development, sales, and project management. In 2012, he was appointed Head of Development and Senior Vice President for Car Multimedia. From 2016 to 2019, he served as Executive Vice President for Drivetrain Electrification. In 2020, he became President of Chassis Systems Control, followed by his role as President of Cross-Domain Computing Solutions from 2021 to 2022. Since 2023, he was CTO of Bosch Mobility and member of the Board and as of January 1^st, 2026, he holds the position of CTO, with global responsibility for Bosch.
