Bosch ConnectedExperience (BCX) is one of Europe’s largest AI and IoT hackathons.

This three-day event has become unmissable for the global community of developers, product owners, product managers, UX experts, entrepreneurs, and innovators from more than 45 countries.

BCX24 takes place from February 26-28 at one of the coolest locations in Europe, STATION-Berlin. 300 selected participants will have 30 hours to team up and tackle several exciting challenges, using latest technology from fields such as Generative AI, metaverse, software-defined vehicle, and tons of connectable devices – all made available by Bosch and its ecosystem partners.

Who is the hackathon for?

Bosch ConnectedExperience 2024 is open to all new and experienced coders, developers, UX, and product designers. We welcome anyone who wants to join us in creating connected solutions invented for life.

What to expect?

As participant you will gain hands-on experience in:

  • Developing outstanding user experiences
  • Working with a broad variety of IoT and AI sensors, devices and software

Our hack tracks

#1 digital.industry

In the digital.industry hack track, participants will have the opportunity to develop innovative solutions for the manufacturing sector. The challenges will focus on leveraging automation, connectivity, and visualization technologies and platforms to optimize production processes and improve efficiency or come up with creative business cases.

#2 digital.auto & mobility

In the digital.auto & mobility hack track, participants can create cutting-edge solutions tailored to the automotive sector. The challenges will focus on bringing a new experience to the driver: personalized welcome, virtual vehicle applications, controlling offroad vehicles and many more. Put your ideas on the road.

Bosch Future Mobility Challenge is an international technical competition initiated by Bosch Engineering Center Cluj in 2017. The competition invites student teams every year to develop autonomous driving  and connectivity algorithms on 1/10 scale vehicles, provided by the company, to navigate in a designated environment simulating a miniature smart city. The students work on their projects in collaboration with Bosch experts and academic professors for several months to develop the best-performing algorithms.
