A commercial building in today’s world must be sustainable and energy efficient, offer a great tenant experience, have low operational costs and increased asset value throughout the building’s lifecycle. In order to realize this, qualified building data is key. Thousands of sensor data and building sensors measuring parameters like temperature, humidity, occupancy, energy usage, keycard readers, parking space occupancy, fire, smoke, flood, elevators, air quality, and more were available for the hackers. Together we advanced the digitalization of commercial buildings!

The Eclipse Software Defined Vehicle working group is focused on accelerating innovation of automotive-grade in-car software stacks using open source and open specifications developed by a vibrant community of leading engineers and best-in-class organizations. In this hack challenge, attendees had a direct impact on the development of the larger technology ecosystem that will define the future mobility and the connected vehicle through open-source.
