It’s not long now until the BCW takes off. However, I would like to use the time until then to prepare you well for everything. 😊
So today I’ll give you some info about your options – be it branding, additional equipment to boost your booth or maybe you need a video team for your exhibitor session?
1. Make yourself visible – check out your branding options & deadlines
Since there are some deadlines for booking branding options – such as “Flexible indoor Branding” (September 2, 2022) please check if and what you want to use for your promotion and book accordingly in your MyBCW partner Portal account – just click on the button “Book Additional Options”.
2. Need more? – enhance your on-site booth with additional equipment
Many of you asked if you could enhance your booth with additional equipment such as furniture or technical items. Please check out our offering in your MyBCW partner portal account – just click on the button “Book Additional Options”. There we prepared two catalogues (additional furniture and additional technical equipment) for your convenience. Please book the respective items by clicking “Facilitate your on-site booth organization” further down.
3. Need a video team for your exhibitor session?
If you decide to live-produce and live stream your exhibitor session at your booth at BCW, then you should consider whether you need hardware & support or a full-fledged film team. In fact, this info is important to me because we already have to look at how many film teams we will need in the end. 😉 You can book your preferred option – as always – in your MyBCW partner portal account.
4. Reminder to maximize your BCW22 experience and join our hybrid Guided Tour
With our guided tour we offer the audience to get an overview of trends and new products in the field of AI, IoT and Digital Transformation. Therefore, take the chance and become a stop of the guided exhibition tour to drive attention to your products and solutions! Do you want to be part of our guided tour? 5. BCW22 will take place as a hybrid event!
In the Terms and Conditions for Partners, we have set the date of August 26, 2022, to decide if we should move forward with the hybrid event concept or change it to an online-only event due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We carefully considered the current situation and are confident to move forward with the execution of the hybrid event. The safety of attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and all others involved is our first priority. BCW22 will therefore strictly follow the rules that will be set out by the health authorities in November and introduce a range of health and safety measures. We will monitor the development of the pandemic and inform you immediately of any changes
