A recipient of several awards, including the Otto-Kienzle Commemorative Medal, Dr. Laurischkat held a professorship in transformation of tech companies from 2012 to 2017 at Ruhr-Universität Bochum. Her career at Bosch started in 2017 as the global lead for digital transformation and service excellence of Bosch’s industry sector. In January 2020, she joined BCAI as Vice President Digital Transformation. Since October 2020, she leads BCAI’s German and Chinese locations for applied machine learning and data and software engineering. In February 2021, she additionally took over as global lead for product marketing at BCAI.
