I would like to wish you a good start to a successful new year as well as good luck for all your plans and 365 wonderful days. The coming year certainly holds some good news as well as some challenges and we from the BCW team are more than motivated to make Bosch ConnectedWorld a success for everyone.

With this newsletter I will inform you about the new times and deadlines due to the BCW22 postponement, I would like to encourage you to spread the word about your participation in the AIoT event of the year and remind you to upload your data to the MyBCW Exhibition Partner Portal.

1. New times and deadlines due to the BCW22 postponement
• Sep 5, 2022: Access to the BCW.online platform for exhibitors (the dates for briefing appointments will be announced in time)
• Sep 23, 2022: Finalization of your on-site booth and registration of booth staff
• Oct 21, 2022: Finalization of your online booth
• Nov 9-10, 2022: BCW22 takes place
• Dec 9, 2022: The BCW.online platform goes offline for premium ticket users

2. Spread the word – in your preferred channels
I would like to draw your attention to the BCW22 Event Promotion Kit – here we have prepared logos, images, social media snippets and text suggestions to help you promote your presence at BCW22, right from the start.

3. Access your MyBCW Exhibition Partner Portal account and submit your logo
We would like to announce your participation at BCW22 on our website, our social media channels, and our online platform. For this purpose, we need various company details as well as your logo. Please use our BCW22 Exhibition Partner Portal to provide us these details. You can also use this portal to register your booth staff, invite your customers, and book additional options. To help you find your way around, we have created a manual for you.
