Nick Rogers is a passionate advocate for engineering with 35 years’ experience in the automotive industry. Starting as a technician apprentice, Nick now leads Jaguar Land Rover’s global engineering operations at board-level as Executive Director of Product Engineering. To this day, he remains a true engineer through and through, and encourages technical curiosity and disruptive innovation across his 12,000 strong-team.
