Filiz Albrecht is working as an Executive Vice President in the Corporate Department of Human Resources Management at Bosch. She is globally responsible for recruiting and career development of Senior Executives, Talent Management and Organizational Development. Before she joined Bosch in October 2017, she was working with MANN+HUMMEL GmbH & Co. KG in Ludwigsburg from 07/2011 till 03/2017, lastly as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Member of the Board. Filiz Albrecht has special expertise in the field of transformation management and a passion for leading organizational and cultural change initiatives and people development. She was born in Germany with Turkish roots and likes to be called a cosmopolitan.
