I have decided that I will come back to you all one last time before I see you next Wednesday. During the last couple of weeks, we have seen a steep curve in the ticket numbers – more and more attendees are joining BCW22 every day! To make sure you all of your target audiences will be there too, I wanted to reach out with a couple of reminders:

1. Did you remind your customers and partners to redeem their codes
</strong>Please <a href="https://bcw-tickets.com/registration">login to your MyBCW account</a> and go to “<strong>registrants overview</strong>” to check if all your customers, partners, booth staff or colleagues have registered. In every field where you see empty lines, no code has been redeemed yet. In this case, please go to “<strong>download invitation templates</strong>” to download a reminder outlook template.

2. Did you <u>externally</u> promote your attendance?
</strong>To meet your target audience at the event, we recommend leveraging your own channels (e.g., website, mailings, social media). The <a style="background-color: #f5f6f7;" href="https://bosch-connected-world.com/event-promotion-kit/">Event Promotion Kit</a> helps you to create content for different channels. Here you can find social media snippets, text examples, logos, and much more. If you need anything else, please let us know and we will be happy to create other assets for you.
Tip: Since the event will already take place next week, we especially recommend sharing the option to attend the event online and for free with an online freemium ticket.

3. Did you <u>internally</u> promote your attendance?
</strong>In addition to marketing yourselves externally as exhibition partners, we also recommend communicating internally that you are involved. Depending on your communication channels, this could be done, for example, via email, blogposts, status messages. Feel free to use the <a style="background-color: #f5f6f7;" href="https://bosch-connected-world.com/event-promotion-kit/">Event Promotion Kit</a> to create content.
Tip: Again, the online freemium ticket is a great way to show your colleagues what you are presenting and what is happening at BCW22.

In this week’s session we introduced the BCW.Online Platform to you and explained how you can design your booth.
We have announced that we will record the Q&A session on the BCW.Online Platform introduction and make it available to you. There we have provided you not only the video, but also the shown slide deck as PDF.
Additionally, we will provide in the coming week a second teaser box – with the content of next week’s session and the week after the third teaser box with the corresponding content.

To help you communicate your participation, we have created a <a href="https://bosch-connected-world.com/event-promotion-kit/">Content Promotion Package</a>. This contains texts, images, snippets, logos and much more, which you can use on all your channels, such as your website, social media or in mailings.

P.S.: Speaking of achievements, here is an amazing human achievement to inspire you: Jadav Payeng. This dedicated man has spent the majority of his life giving back to the world by planting a forest. At this point, the thickly wooded forest is an astounding 1,360 acres. Every bamboo tree on this land was lovingly planted by Jadev after he witnessed the local wildlife population suffering due to a lack of shade. Thanks to Jadev, the environment in his area is cleaner and the animals have a safer and more comfortable place to live. If one man can accomplish this on his own, just imagine what you could do!

</strong>Since there are some deadlines for booking <a href="https://bosch-connected-world.com/wp-content/uploads/BCW22_Additional_options_for_hybrid_exhibitors.pdf">branding options</a> - such as "Flexible indoor Branding" (September 2, 2022) please check if and what you want to use for your promotion and book accordingly in your <a href="https://bcw-tickets.com/registration">MyBCW partner Portal account</a> – just click on the button “Book Additional Options”.
<strong>2. Need more? – enhance your on-site booth with additional equipment
</strong>Many of you asked if you could enhance your booth with additional equipment such as furniture or technical items. Please check out our offering in your <a href="https://bcw-tickets.com/registration">MyBCW partner portal account</a> – just click on the button “Book Additional Options”. There we prepared two catalogues (additional furniture and additional technical equipment) for your convenience. Please book the respective items by clicking “Facilitate your on-site booth organization” further down.
<strong>3. Need a video team for your exhibitor session?
</strong>If you decide to live-produce and live stream your exhibitor session at your booth at BCW, then you should consider whether you need hardware & support or a full-fledged film team. </strong>In the Terms and Conditions for Partners, we have set the date of August 26, 2022, to decide if we should move forward with the hybrid event concept or change it to an online-only event due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We carefully considered the current situation and are confident to move forward with the execution of the hybrid event. The safety of attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and all others involved is our first priority. BCW22 will therefore strictly follow the rules that will be set out by the health authorities in November and introduce a range of health and safety measures. We will monitor the development of the pandemic and inform you immediately of any changes

Some of you are certainly already in a celebratory mood, because Easter is just around the corner and spring is right on its way. I would like to inform you in this newsletter that you can already invite your customers, create your booth staff, and round off your appearance at BCW22 with well thought-out branding. Here is how it works:

I know it seems to be quite a long time till the Bosch ConnectedWorld 2022 will finally kick off on November 9, 2022.
However, to make sure that all your customers have an early head start send out the invitation to join you at BCW22, now. Just go to your MyBCW Partner Portal account, generate the codes, and send them to your customers. You can either use the email template provided by us and customize it or use only the code and send an individualized email. The same process applies when you invite your booth staff.
<strong>2. Branding options </strong>
To make an impression to all attending participants at BCW22 in Berlin you can up your presence by having the right branding at the right places. Check out your options in your account in the MyBCW Partner Portal – just click on the button “additional options” and book it right there.

With this newsletter I would like to share some exciting program news as well as present our Bosch ConnectedWorld team.
<strong>1. BCW22 exciting program kickoff </strong>
Even though BCW22 is still a few months away, we have exciting news for you: As planned for February, we will kick off BCW in November together with <strong>Stefan Hartung</strong>, Chairman of the Board of Management at Bosch, <strong>Oliver Zipse</strong>, Chairman of the Board of Management at BMW, and <strong>Andrew Ng</strong>, Founder and CEO at Landing AI. Speaker and program updates will be published soon, so stay tuned.
<strong>2. </strong><strong>Behind the scenes of Bosch ConnectedWorld</strong>
Bosch ConnectedWorld was founded in 2014 to bring together the best and most forward-thinking minds. In 2014, we started in a traditional conference hotel with 250 attendees, two stages and six booths dressed in business attire. In 2020, BCW, now dressed in business casual, welcomed more than 3,500 attendees, more than 150 speakers on five stages and 70 exhibit partners. In 2022, we will open the doors in an all-new hybrid event format, welcoming more than 10,000 attendees onsite and online. Today, BCW has emerged as one of the leading events for AIoT and digital transformation.
The core BCW team consists of eight people, some of whom have been with the event since its very beginning. Our combined BCW age is: 36.4 years :) We organize ourselves thematically, meaning there is a dedicated contact for each topic to ensure everything runs smoothly and satisfactorily for our exhibitors, speakers, and attendees. I am happy to drop the names here, so you know the responsibilities, if you happen to get in contact with my colleagues:

Municipal railway (S-Bahn): Take the S1/ S2/ S25/ S26 to Anhalter Bahnhof. From there, it is a 8-minute walk.
Bus connections: The closest bus stop is near the to Anhalter Bahnhof. From the STATION-Berlin it is a 8-minute walk. To/from there, you can take various bus lines, such as M41.
You can find more information on your individual journey by public transport either on the BVG website or on the S-Bahn website.
If you do not wish to use public transport, we suggest you take rideshare services, like BerlKönig, ShareNow or Uber. They are very popular in the Berlin area and the price tends to be lower than taxi prices.
