What is the cancellation policy?

The following cancellation fees apply: Cancellation timeline for tickets: Until January 12, 2024: 25% of the ticket price From January 13, 2024: 100% of the ticket price Upon successful cancellation, the ticket seller EMENDO Event + Congress GmbH &amp; Co. KG will reimburse the refundable amount within 14 days of receipt of the returned ticket. Please note that the same policy applies to accidental and/or duplicate registrations. Please check the prices for the options (and book them directly in your account) to hold your Exhibitor Sessions directly from your on-site booth, record them and stream them live to the online audience <strong>2. Ticket for the booth coordinator </strong>To use the BCW.online platform and / or to have access on-site, the booth coordinator (thus, the MyBCW partner portal account owner) needs to have a valid ticket. Per default, we have assigned one of your included Online Premium tickets to the booth coordinator. You will see this in the <a href="https://bcw-tickets.com/registration">MyBCW partner portal</a> account in the "Registrant’s overview". Your status will be "registered". If your booth coordinator plans to attend on-site in Berlin, we will need to change the ticket to a Premium On-site Ticket. If this is the case, please let me know by latest October 21, 2022. This change will cause one On-site Premium Ticket to be deducted from your included ticket amount and one Online Premium Ticket to be counted towards your ticket amount. <strong>3. What is your Covid-19 health and safety concept?

BCW will therefore strictly follow the rules that will be set out by the health authorities in November 2022 and introduce a range of health and safety measures. At this point, there are no restrictions on the number of people attending nor special access requirements set-up in Berlin. In addition, there is no general mask requirement. However, we highly recommend to protect yourself and prevent the spread of COVID-19 by following these guidance: <ul> <li><strong>Test yourself is recommended</strong>: We recommend that you test yourself with a lateral flow test prior to journeying to the event.</li> <li><strong>Wearing a mask is recommended</strong>: We recommend that you wear a mask, especially if you cannot maintain a safe distance. However, this is not mandatory. We will be handing out FFP2 as soon as you access the venue.</li> <li><strong>Stay away, if you are showing symptoms</strong>: We ask you to not attend the event if your are showing symptoms of a cold. Your ticket can transferred to a substitute attendee by sending an email to <a href="mailto:contact@bcw-tickets.com">contact@bcw-tickets.com</a>. With this newsletter I want to give you a deep dive and preparation examples for both topics, so that you can prepare this better. <strong>1. Exhibitor Session &amp; Networking Tables</strong> So, now: How to prepare the sessions? Depending on your booked package you have a different number of exhibitor sessions and networking tables included – more can be booked via MyBCW Partner Portal. 😉 <ul> <li>You should start thinking about <strong>which topics </strong>you want to play.</li> <li><strong>When</strong> the exhibitor sessions and networking tables <strong>should take place</strong>. <ul> <li>On the first and/or second day of the conference. In the morning or in the afternoon.</li> </ul> </li> <li>In <strong>which</strong> <strong>language</strong> they should take place <ul> <li>The conference language is English. I am Solveig Gaida, responsible for exhibition management and your main contact person for all topics related to the exhibition. I look forward to working with you on your BCW journey over the next three months! As preparations for BCW22 are picking up speed, I would like to introduce you to this new format: <strong>the BCW22 Exhibition Partner Newsletter</strong>. This newsletter will be sent to you on a weekly basis and will give you an overview of important information and dates. In this first issue, I would like to draw your attention to some things you should do to get started. <strong> 1. Access your MyBCW Exhibition Partner Portal account and submit your logo</strong> We would like to announce your participation at BCW22 on our website, our social media channels, and our online platform. For this purpose, we need various company details as well as your logo. Please use our <a href="https://bcw-tickets.com/registration" target="_blank" rel="noopener">BCW22 Exhibition Partner Portal</a> to provide us these details. You can also use this portal to register your booth staff, invite your customers, and book additional options. To help you find your way around, we have created a <a href="https://bcw-tickets.com/assets/js/filemanager/userfiles/BCW22_Exhibition_Partner_Portal_Manual.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">manual</a> for you. <strong>2. Join us in spreading the word about your participation </strong> As we announce your participation on our channels, we would love you to join us in promoting your participation on your website and your social media channels. To best help you to do this, we have created an <a href="https://bosch-connected-world.com/event-promotion-kit/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Event Promotion Kit</a>, that includes logos, pictures, social media snippets and suggested text. In addition, we ask you to provide us with your social media contact, so that we can get in contact with your colleague and discuss how we can best support him/her. <strong>3. Check our exhibitor FAQ website and join our weekly Q&amp;A session</strong> To prepare you in the best possible way, we have summarized the most frequently asked questions from exhibitors on our <a href="https://bosch-connected-world.com/exhibition/faqs/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">FAQs</a> website. Check back regularly, as we update the website frequently. In addition, I offer a weekly Q&amp;A session. I will forward you the meeting in a separate meeting invite. What is your Covid-19 health and safety concept?

  • ©The safety of attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and all others involved is our first priority. BCW will therefore strictly follow the rules that will be set out by the health authorities in November 2022 and introduce a range of health and safety measures. At this point, there are no restrictions on the number of people attending nor special access requirements set-up in Berlin. In addition, there is no general mask requirement. However, we highly recommend to protect yourself and prevent the spread of COVID-19 by following these guidance: <ul> <li><strong>Test yourself is recommended</strong>: We recommend that you test yourself with a lateral flow test prior to journeying to the event.</li> <li><strong>Wearing a mask is recommended</strong>: We recommend that you wear a mask, especially if you cannot maintain a safe distance. However, this is not mandatory. We will be handing out FFP2 as soon as you access the venue.</li> <li><strong>Stay away, if you are showing symptoms</strong>: We ask you to not attend the event if your are showing symptoms of a cold. Your ticket can transferred to a substitute attendee by sending an email to <a href="mailto:contact@bcw-tickets.com">contact@bcw-tickets.com</a>. There is no additional cost for substitutions.</li> <li><strong>Sanitizers and FFP2 masks are provided</strong>: During the event, sanitizer and FFP2 masks will be available at several locations and on point of arrival.</li> </ul> In addition, part of our health and safety measures is a limitation up to 2,000 participants attending the event on-site. If the local health authorities introduce a range of health and safety measures, we will inform you via email prior to the event.

  • ©BCW24 takes place on February 28 and 29, 2024. We will welcome more than 12,000 attendees, more than 80 speakers and moderators, and more than 70 exhibition partners. Once again, the event will be held in a hybrid format, giving a global audience the choice to attend either on-site in Berlin, Germany, or online from wherever they are. The on-site event will take place at one of Europe’s most extraordinary locations, STATION-Berlin (Luckenwalder Str. 4–6, 10963 Berlin, Germany).

  • ©Dear Exhibition Partner, Now it goes blow by blow, because in less than 11 weeks BCW22 starts. I'm already looking forward to meeting you all in person. And speaking of "meeting" - surely you also wanted to meet your important customers and partners at BCW22, show your latest products and solutions from the IoT environment and thus deepen the customer relationship or get to know completely new ones? Hence: <strong>1. Customer invite</strong> Invite your customers and partners to Bosch ConnectedWorld 2022 - either on-site in Berlin or online. The prices for the tickets will not change for exhibitors until BCW22 - that means an on-site Premium ticket will cost you a maximum of EUR 890, - (net) and that directly until BCW! So go for it! Because: I have to remind you of the capacity limits of this year's BCW. Due to Covid regulations we are only allowed to have a maximum of 2,000 attendees on-site. Once this number is reached, we have to close the on-site registration. As you have a <a href="https://bcw-tickets.com/registration">MyBCW Partner Portal account</a>, you can easily order and manage your invitations there. Just create the discount codes and send them out using either the provided email template or your own. All this does not apply to online tickets, of course. There is no limit here. 😊 &nbsp; <strong>2. Q&amp;A Session for BCW.Online Platform</strong> Since we will give access to the exhibitors – so, you - onto the BCW.Online platform at the beginning of September – attendees will be able to access it two weeks before the BCW22 – we would like to introduce you to the BCW.Online platform and everything you can do there. For this we will simply hijack three of the weekly Q&amp;A sessions - I sent you an invitation via ics. Session 1: General intro &amp; how to design your booth Session 2: Exhibitor session &amp; networking tables Session 3: Networking – meetings &amp; meeting management, lead generation &amp; management &nbsp; <strong>3. Exhibits</strong> Exhibits are a great way to explain your products and solutions. So, having a good showcase accompanied by an eye-catching exhibit is always good. That’s why I wanted to ask you, if you are planning to bring an exhibit, to note it in your <a href="https://bcw-tickets.com/registration">account in the MyBCW Partner Portal</a>. The reason is that we look at all the exhibits and check what requirements (e.g., high voltage, need a compressed air connection, weight, etc.) are necessary for it and whether they are feasible. The exhibits are then approved by us. &nbsp; <strong>4. Backwall templates</strong> Last Friday I informed you about the availability of the backwall templates. Please note that the <strong>deadline</strong> for returning the ZIP file is <strong>September 23, 2022!</strong> This is a fixed deadline, because as soon as I receive the data back from you, we will check them - in case of doubt we will have to do some correction loops - then we will print the graphics and apply them to your booth’s backwall.
