1. BCW planning: check out the overview and information available on our website

Our hybrid format comes with many new opportunities for the exhibition. Therefore, we updated our exhibitor information page with the following topics.

• Preparation timeline
• FAQs about your online booth
• FAQs on exhibitor sessions and networking tables

My recommendation: bookmark this exhibitor information page and check back regularly, as we update the page frequently.

 2. BCW preparation: things you can start with today

• Define and block speakers and moderators for your exhibitor sessions and networking tables
• Define and block your booth staff – for your on-site as well as online presence. We recommend that they are not the very same persons 😉
• Think about your content you want to present to address your target group, such as:
  • Company description
  • Catchy key messages for your product boxes – displaying your solutions and products
  • Demos for on-site & online audience
• Invite customers & partners – take the chance and create another touchpoint with them. You can create your ticket codes in your MyBCW partner portal account.
• Promote your BCW presence. With the free ticket option this year, BCW is a great option to nurture existing contacts. Besides you can invite everyone to join your sessions, as they can all join for free. To make things easier for you we have prepared some text and image templates in the event promotion kit.
• Plan your trip: book your accommodation and how to get to the venue. You can find some hotel recommendations etc. here.
