Well, this week there are last reminders and infos.

1. REMINDER: Your set up /tear down crew
This is just a short reminder that you require a special ticket in order to set up your booth. We will need your name and company details to grant you access to the event location – this also applies to your technical team. To collect all this info, I would like to ask that you return the appropriate excel file I sent to you to connected@bosch.io by October 31, 2022.

2. Opening times – Exhibition
The official on-site exhibition times are:
November 9, 9:00 am – 7:30 pm
November 10, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

The official on-site opening times:
Day 1 – 09.11.22
8:00 am | Registration open for exhibition booth staff
9:00 am I Registration open for attendees
9:00 am I Expo area open
12:00 am I Conference programs starts
7:45 pm I Networking party starts
11:59 pm I Doors close

Day 2 – 10.11.22
7:30 am I Registration open for exhibition booth staff
8:00 am I Registration open for attendees
8:00 am I Expo area open
9:00 am I Conference program starts
4:30 pm I Doors close for attendees
5:00 pm | Tear down of booths

3. Dress Code
I am bringing up this topic, since several people asked me what to wear 😉
Bosch ConnectedWorld’s dress code is (casual) business – or anything else you like – just keep in mind that you will be meeting potential clients / customers and how you want to present yourself to them at first contact.
