All cancellations of participants must be submitted via email to the official ticket seller EMENDO Event + Congress GmbH & Co. KG at contact@bcw-tickets.com. The following cancellation fees apply:

Cancellation timeline for tickets:
Until January 12, 2024: 25% of the ticket price
From January 13, 2024: 100% of the ticket price

Upon successful cancellation, the ticket seller EMENDO Event + Congress GmbH & Co. KG will reimburse the refundable amount within 14 days of receipt of the returned ticket.

Please note that the same policy applies to accidental and/or duplicate registrations. Robert Bosch GmbH and EMENDO Event + Congress GmbH & Co. KG. assume no responsibility for the non-arrival of participants. No refunds will be issued for no-shows (not showing up at the conference).
